Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
An independent department is responsible for checking the safety and quality of all newly developed products as well as those that are mass-produced for buyers. We have 20 quality control staff and inspection.
Quality Control Procedures
There are four control chart as follow:Incoming Quality Control (IQC) - In Process Quality Control (IPQC) -Line Quality Control (LQC)- Outcoming Quality Control (OQC).Every day before start every process our worker will make a FAI that will follow SOP and give IPQC to inspect follow SIP. If FAI don’t have any problem. The production will start from here. Every process we have LQC 100 % and we have IPQC for check every worker. Every worker have to follow SOP and SIP.
Origin of Materials and Components
50% imported and 50% local. We mostly source our materials from Japan. We also get some of our components from Germany, Korea and Thailand.

Machinery and Equipment Used
We utilize CAD software for design and all production machines for testing the new product or new idea. The in-house testing machine is used to prove the performance of new product development. SGS is the final testing to guarantee the quality of new products.
